In Feb 2021, we lost Ted. He was a character, in every sense of the word. As evident by this picture, which was his “Ted from State Farm” pose, and the jacket, he didn’t take himself too seriously. That said, if his family or friends needed him, he took that seriously and did all he could to be there for them. Sometimes it was a text conversation done entirely in memes to make someone laugh, a phone call to listen, or sharing knowledge through a book club with the goal of self improvement, but he did whatever he could for the people he cared about.
Ted was so excited to be a dad. Like all first time (and even 6th time) dads, he was nervous, anxious, happy, scared, eager, terrified, and elated about what was to come and all the things he was ready to teach his son, Finn. Sadly for all of us he didn’t get that opportunity, so we’re stepping in to help. Ted was a big believer in making ones own path in the world, in whatever shape that may be. So we, Ted’s family, are putting on this golf outing to raise money for Finn’s future, this year in the form of donations to pediatric heart research.
We appreciate your time and support and are looking forward to seeing you on the golf course!
